Description
Our region is located between the Espadán and Calderona mountain ranges. Here we have a variety of olive called Serrana de Espadán, which is unique in the world. This is our way of making it visible and preserving it, so that it prevails in every way. It can be paired with anchovies, fresh cheese and endives.
