Description
The Buddha's hand is an ideal marmalade for cooking and a perfect accompaniment to all kinds of dishes due to its mild yet powerful lemon aroma. In the East this fruit is a symbol of prosperity and protection. It is similar to a lemon although it is usually larger and has the appearance of an open hand with many irregular fingers. It has no pulp (segments or juice), it is solid inside and its skin is extremely aromatic. It has several uses, among which is its use for medicinal purposes, especially to combat heavy digestion problems or mild respiratory illnesses, as it is a good expectorant.
