Description

The combination of our oranges, orange blossom, carrot, all threaded with cinnamon, together with the Mediterranean influence that takes us to Morocco when tasting a spoonful of "Essence of the Mediterranean" marmalade.

As well as being our neighbouring country, it is the country of origin of many of our neighbours, who bring us closer to their rich cooking and delicious desserts.

It is precisely a "Moroccan soup" that has given rise to this creation.

It goes perfectly with meat and fish, as a base for desserts made with dried fruits and nuts and cheese cakes.
