Description

The blend is defined by a fruity oil with very intense aromas of freshly cut grass, apple, kiwi and lemon. In the mouth it has notes of rosemary, walnuts and artichoke. It is the result of the production of the oil with the Serrana de Espadán olive variety, a variety native to the province of Castellón, in the Sierra de Espadán Natural Park. This food is considered to be the most beneficial for health, among other things because of its high level of antioxidants and other anti-inflammatory nutrients, it is called liquid gold. It evokes childhood memories of eating bread with oil and sugar. It is ideal for pairing with cod or cured cheeses.
