CECINA TOAST WITH GREEN FIG JAM WITH A TOUCH OF OLIVE OIL.
Ingredients:
Bread
Cecina
Green fig jam Dulces la Cartuja de Altura.
Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
Elaboration:
Form small bags filled with green fig jam with the jerky.
Cut the bread into slices and toast it.
Put the EVOO on the toast.
Place a small piece of cecina on each piece of toast. Garnish with a little green fig jam and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
